Daniel Bigbee is the President and Founder of Capability IT. Daniel's primary focus within Capability IT is to insure delivery of services to all of our clientele. This promise is built on proven recruiting processes and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations. Daniel leveraged 19 years of experience in recruiting, sales, customer service and professional development to lay the foundation for a market leader in IT Recruitment. Beyond IT, Daniel owns and operates Capability Healthcare, a successful healthcare and homecare staffing firm. Prior to launching Capability, Daniel was the Regional Vice President for an international recruiting conglomerate. Daniel spent well over a decade helping the company solidify its dominant market position. Accolades and notable achievements include recognition for top sales performance, development of successful company-wide operational and customer satisfaction processes, management of all training initiatives for 3,000 employees, and diversification of corporate service offerings. Daniel attended Oklahoma State University, with a focus on finance and economics. Daniel is the President of the Starlight Children's Foundation NW and involved in many philanthropic organizations. A Puget Sound area resident for more than 11 years, Daniel currently resides in Sammamish, Washington with his wife of 15 years and their two children. |

Carrie JonesDirector of Business Development
Carrie Jones joins our dynamic team here at Capability IT, as the Director of Business Development. With an outstanding ten year sales career, Carrie consistently establishes and maintains positive relationships with her clients and always strives to exceed their expectations. Prior to Capability IT, she led client development in the recruiting industry for three years, with a focus both in Accounting/Finance and Technology. Carrie has built a strong presence in the Tech community, with companies ranging from early stage start-ups to publicly traded companies. Before joining the recruiting industry, Carrie built her own nationwide design business from the ground up and managed that for seven years. She credits much of her success to her strong personal drive and excellent client relations. A devoted advisory board member for Habitat for Humanity and active with numerous other non-profit organizations, Carrie is passionate about helping others achieve their goals and living life to its fullest. A graduate of Washington State University, Carrie resides in Sammamish with her two daughters, Savannah and Kylie. As an avid cook and fitness enthusiast, you'll often find Carrie at the local market, gym or ski hill on the weekends. |
